As a Sr Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational support for our partner sales managers and our third-party partners in APJ. This includes daily review of Deal Registrations within Salesforce (SFDC), monitoring our partner alias/inbox and responding to questions from our sales team, assisting contract renewals and compliance renewals, setting up user access, and supporting existing Channel Ops team members with additional tasks. To excel in this role, you will partner cross-functionally across the business, working with Sales, Legal, Operations, Leadership, Compliance, and partners. This role requires operations and enterprise tools background, proficiency in crafting business process documentation, working on system/tool workflow and projects inclusive of creating requirements and testing, and in-depth CRM knowledge (Salesforce). Previous experience in channel operations is preferred. This person will be responsible for managing our partner portal which is hosted on Adobe Engagement Manager (AEM) and working close with the creative team on badging, branding, and running the partner directory.
