Process Engineer

On site

This role is very crucial for operation and plays important role on process safety and to be a link between production and R &D function. The candidate need to cooperate and communicate with workshop production team, R&D, Maintenance, QA/QC,SHE,IP and project team to better improve the production efficiency and ensure the products quality to meet the market and customer requirement.

Your key responsibilities

Optimize/improve production processes and processes, improve process safety, production efficiency, product quality and reduce production costs, and understand the relevant process mechanism;

Responsible for the implementation of appropriate management and technical tools to improve production capacity and process discipline;

Supervise the manufacturing process to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.

You bring

Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering and technology, biological engineering, etc.

Good communication and social skills

Familiar with Auto CAD, Word, Excel, PPT

Good oral and written skills

Familiar with fermentation process, process safety, etc

Experience in food manufacturing and GMP is a plus
