FP&A FCF Senior Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Determine, resolve and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support the company's overall financial goals.
- Create and update precise financial models to assess and predict the company's financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and provide insightful analysis and reports.
- Monitor and evaluate key financial indicators, identify trends, and recommend strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Assist in creating financial presentations for senior management and external parties.
- Stay informed about current industry trends and effective approaches in financial planning and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the Finance/Insurance industry.
- Consistent record of efficiently implementing financial strategies and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable to interpret sophisticated financial data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to individuals with non-financial backgrounds.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Our company was formed in 1999 when Japan Tobacco Inc. purchased the international tobacco operations of the US multinational R.J.Reynolds. In 2007, Gallaher, a FTSE 100 business, was acquired by Japan Tobacco Inc. At the time, this was the largest foreign acquisition by a Japanese company.
In 2009, the JT Group acquired part of the worldwide business of Tribac Leaf Limited (a company that trades tobacco in Africa), as well as two Brazilian companies active in the tobacco business, Kannenberg and KBH&C. In the same year, the JT Group also set up JTI Leaf Services, a joint venture with two leaf suppliers in the US – Hail & Cotton Inc. and JEB International.
The Head Quarters are located in Switzerland, Geneva. Worldwide JTI has approximately 25.000 employees spread out over 89 offices en 29 factories. Our brands are sold in more than 120 countries.
