Responsibilities:

  • Determine, resolve and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support the company's overall financial goals.
  • Create and update precise financial models to assess and predict the company's financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and provide insightful analysis and reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate key financial indicators, identify trends, and recommend strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Assist in creating financial presentations for senior management and external parties.
  • Stay informed about current industry trends and effective approaches in financial planning and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the Finance/Insurance industry.
  • Consistent record of efficiently implementing financial strategies and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable to interpret sophisticated financial data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to individuals with non-financial backgrounds.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
