Wat ga je doen?

As a member of the team, you will support effective communication with stakeholders regarding processed compensations, ensuring clarity and responsiveness to any queries or concerns that may arise. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to compensation and financial transactions. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will play a vital role in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial closings.

Your responsibilities will also include supporting in the preparation of insightful reports for distribution to management and other stakeholders, providing valuable insights into the organization's financial performance. Moreover, you will assist with basic financial analyses to facilitate forecasting and contract negotiation activities.

Furthermore, you will actively contribute to monitoring the situation of Net Working Capital (NWC) through basic analyses and propose ideas for improving working capital efficiency. Additionally, you will undertake administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of Controlling/Commercial operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

What will you bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
