  • Being responsible for the optimal voyage planning of your own vessel fleet (incl. checking and coordinating bunker requirements, cargo intakes, port rotations, optimal sea routes, vessels performance, appointment of port agents etc.);
  • Providing daily updates on the voyage planning to relevant (internal and external) clients and stakeholders;
  • Monitor, analyze and report on fluctuations in the profit and loss for each voyage on a daily basis;
  • Accurate and timely preparation of invoices and (laytime) calculations, including monitoring of payables and receivables;
  • Pro-active involvement in development of the team by participating in projects and sharing knowledge with (junior) colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least 3-5 years’ experience within a logistical and/or shipping organization;
  • You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in relevant field such as nautical, technical or maritime field of study;
  • Collaborative and commercial mindset, with a practical pro-active attitude;
  • You have good analytical skills with the ability to identify key issues, but also with the right attention for detail;
  • Strong communication skills, including both verbal and written fluency in English;
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • You must be located in The Netherlands.
