Responsibilities
  • Manage Supply Chain & SC Central Functions hiring for unlevelled and Levelled roles for PepsiCo Turkey
  • Develop recruitment strategy: Job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc
  • Support HR team members and Hiring Managers to use ICIMs (any TA system) efficiently for all levelled and contractor employees and interns.
  • Support trainings (great5 interview skills) for Hiring Managers to increase ICIMs usage awareness
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  • Acquire a through understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants
  • Conduct intake with hiring managers
  • Conducts meetings with hiring manager and standardized assessment team to review appropriate standardized tests for assessing candidates.
  • Provides feedback to candidates during all stages of the process
  • Prepares any necessary documentation in line with the recruitment process
  • Compiles reports, produces regular and ad hoc analyses of information relating to the recruitment
  • Develop PepsiCo’s employer brand through integrated and creative HR marketing activities for developing the use of cutting-edge sourcing methodologies to identify and engage with high caliber candidates both internally and externally.
  • Support executing the strategy that makes people want to work for the company.

Qualifications
  • University degree
  • Prior experience working for a recruitment agency or in-house experience at large multinational company for at least 4 years, min 2 years of experience in bulk recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Advanced level of English, Turkish
  • MS Office Program knowledge is required.
  • Above-average analytical skills and experience in conducting analyses of the profitability of individual business solutions.
  • Business acumen, project management skills, customer focus, flexibility, innovation
  • Good oral and written presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills i.e. the ability for protecting the interests of the organization via negotiations
