Our 2D and CGI visual experts deliver product visual content daily using our in-house developed platform and applications. Our Business Technology team is a dedicated team of engineers and developers working on our application stack and platform. We are spread across our offices in Netherlands, New York, India and Bangladesh.

We're in search of a skilled DevOps Engineer who thrives in a collaborative, high-stakes environment and is eager to implement scalable solutions using the latest cloud technologies. Your expertise will directly enhance our AI & Product capabilities, ensuring robust, scalable deployments and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional value through innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support agile development practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the software development, and Operations teams to ensure seamless and efficient deployments.
  • Collaborate with ML engineers and researchers to build and maintain learning and improvement infrastructure.
  • Implement, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters, utilizing Docker for effective containerization and deployment.
  • Leverage Azure cloud services to enhance the performance and scalability of applications.
  • Employ Terraform to automate the provisioning of infrastructure, promoting consistent development, staging, and production environments.
  • Automate deployment processes and optimize internal operations to boost system reliability and streamline developer workflows.
  • Integrate AI models into our SaaS offerings, working alongside cross-functional teams to ensure technical compatibility and performance.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address problems in the CI/CD pipelines and production environments.
  • Advocate for and implement security best practices across all infrastructure and deployment activities.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Based in the Netherlands and willing to commute to our office in Haarlem.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role, preferably within a SaaS or AI development context.
  • Proven expertise with Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Strong background in Terraform for infrastructure as code applications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD systems, automation tools, and agile deployment methodologies.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor and optimize system health and security.
  • Relevant certifications in Azure, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
  • Experience with deploying and maintaining machine learning models.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
