Information Security Intern

As part of the EMEA IT team, you will work closely with the Information Security Officer EMEA and various stakeholders to improve tools and processes and apply frameworks to manage risk to the ASICS infrastructure. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply in practice the theories learned regarding effective enterprise information security and risk management.

How you’ll help us.

Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting Information Security Officer EMEA, as part of the role, you’ll:

• Create and improve user management processes. Includes deep dive analysis of system and service accounts.
• Assist in managing the vulnerability management deployment for the ASICS offices and distribution centers by managing reporting and creating and/or improving IT and OT workflows.
• Assist with maturing internet filtering security. Includes identifying business requirements, effectively communicating changes to Employees and creating a knowledge base.
• Manage and develop content for the Information Security intranet website page.
• Attend security related meetings and/or events, ex. with the Global team, and/or external vendors.

More about you.

• Pursuing a qualification in Information Security or any other related field.
• You are eligible for an internship in the Netherlands, which means that you are currently enrolled and will be for the entire duration of the internship in a Dutch educational institution, or you are a European citizen enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship.
