Re-inventing regulatory compliance and our way of working requires stamina, endless enthusiasm and data-driven decision making. As part of a small team, you will be driving a new culture in the Sanctions department to re-invent the way we comply with regulatory requirements whilst improving customer experience. You will bring knowledge and experience to capturing the right problems to solve. You bring a clear presence to the table where you are confident in challenging people to coach them in properly defining the problem to solve. You are brave able to say no to people, even senior management, and you have a positive presence and are ready to make a difference. Practical examples: Facilitating global cross-team initiatives, encourage sharing of best practices in innovation and process re-engineering. Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. Introducing and driving the Design Thinking mindset and “Failure Fridays” Facilitating Design Sprints and experimenting sessions. Embracing Rabbobank’s Innovation methodology and working closely with innovation-driven colleagues Facts & figures: 36 or 40 hours per week 43,822 Rabobank colleagues around the world Top 3 responsiblities: Lead the creative process of finding, sharpening and implementing innovative ideas. The focus is on the problem to solve, not the solution (Ideation). Grow & nurture an innovative culture across the sanctions team and stakeholders through presentations and workshops (Culture). You and your talent Bachelor's or master's degree; 3-year experience with Corporate Innovation/Business Change/Transformation; Start-up or incubator experience ; Proven knowledge of B2B complexity in Telecom, Utilities, transport, FCMG; Ideally no previous experience in Financial Institutions to avoid bias; Demonstrated skills in Ideation & leading Design Sprints; Experience with complex senior stakeholder management and high organizational sensitivity and integrity; A team player who enjoys collaboration and facilitation, you can bring different stakeholders together and come to a mutual understanding; Fluent in English, verbal and written; Social skills are above average, connect easily and can formulate clearly and to the point with both internal employees as with strategic partners in the market; A lean and agile mindset, always seeking continuous improvement. This is what we offer you A gross monthly salary between €3,711.55 and €6,130.64 per month (scale 8 or 9, depending on knowledge and experience); Thirteenth month and 8% holiday pay; Extra budget of 10 or 11% of your gross monthly salary that you can spend as you want.
