What is this position about?

You will leverage KA data, insights, and learnings to guide the business and seek out new opportunities and you are responsible for supporting the KA Team by providing administrative work relating to contracting visibility conditions with key customers, consolidating compliance check reports from branch/system, tracking daily volume, creating inventory reports, and ensuring full compliance in financial processes and other internal applications. You will also focus on collecting market intelligence & retail trends and preparing insights for the Key Account Team, and perform ad hoc analysis as needed/requested.

What will you do?

  • Administration
    • Provide administrative support to ensure full compliance in financial process
    • Request, collect, and verify required documents for monthly closing and manage PR/PO/GR
    • Data Support KAM for preparing KA-related reports (e.g., A&SP planning)
    • Monthly recaps of budget results send to Sales director and Team.
  • Budget Management, and SAP Administration
    • Maintain KA related data into SAP (with GBS request)
    • Monitor and analyze contract terms and budget, and reporting for Key Account channel
    • Monthly and quarterly analysis of KA bugdet versus plan or LY.
  • Business planning and analysis
    • Analyze sales performance and investment to identify opportunities
    • The KA analyst will leverage POS data, insights and learnings to guide the business and seek out new opportunities. Perform ad hoc analysis as needed/requested
  • Data Management
    • Manage all SAP data coordinating with GBS
    • Provide KA dashbord with budget monitoring, volume anlysis and other performance tacking
    • Update monthly incumbent files, organizational charts, and KA Dashboard for internal distribution
    • Support the team for verifying KA team-related figures
    • Support team on the audit, reporting of various data, e.g. actual, history of investment, upon request.
  • Other

    Support various tasks and projects as they arise and upon Key Account manager’s request.

Who are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years experience in sales, marketing and finance (FMCG experience is preferred)
  • University degree in any related discipline, supported by substantial experience in the sales function.
  • Excellent PC Skill : Advanced Microsoft Office (especially in Excel and Power Point)
  • Solid consolidating data & analytical skills.
  • Active and timely communication to key stakeholders (internal /external)
  • Ability to multitask / Time Management
