The Manager Franchise Excellence SCM Europe is responsible for supporting the SCM Franchise roadmap with focus on close alignment with Sales, coordinating different SCM functions on key initiatives, performance improvements and tactical alignment as needed, looking at the end-to-end flow from order placement to delivery to the store. The role is contributing to reach a best-in-class service model for adidas Retail / Franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, planning and execution of Supply Chain Retail / Franchise initiatives
  • Support the collection, prioritize and provide solution to franchise accounts portfolio specific requirements, working with our omnichannel fulfillment team to provide the optimum solution.
  • Build and manage partnerships with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Sales, IT to enable alignment on day-to-day operations and facilitate consistency between expectations and capabilities through proactive communication
  • Support the development a standardized approach to order fulfilment and performance management for the franchise business in collaboration with x-functional teams
  • Monitor performance of Supply Chain Retail/Franchise initiatives against targets; focus on franchise orderbook monitoring, OTA, COTIF
  • Act as a trusted partner to Retail/Franchise commercial teams by communicating performance, capabilities, new implementations and escalations.
  • Drive root cause analysis - identify deviations and initiate necessary changes
  • Support assigned projects effectively with timely communication on project progress and results to Senior Management and stakeholders
  • Contribute significantly to continuous improvement of Supply Chain Retail/Franchise capabilities
  • Drive or support system and process enhancements that help improve the Retail/Franchise SC related KPIs
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with the European Supply Chain teams as well as market and Retail/Franchise teams to support implementation of solutions efficiently
  • Maintain toolkit and best practices

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • College or university Degree
  • Over 3-5 years of relevant work experience in eCom/Retail/Omnichannel fulfilment related functions
  • Prior work in business functions (i.e. Sales, Retail, eCom) is a plus
