What we are looking for:

Orderchamp is seeking a finance intern to join our team in Amsterdam. We are looking for a pro-active financial specialist that can operationally support our AP/AR, invoicing and billing. You will help improve our processes, work together with our commercial, product & support teams and learn from veterans in the industry.

On a daily basis, you will collaborate with our finance team to improve our financial and accounting processes. This is partly customer-related, where you work autonomously with our users, partners and suppliers on AP, AR & billing, and partly product-related, where you guide the product team on better feature releases and documentation. You will work with our finance manager on implementing (new) accounting processes and improving our systems.

As we are a scale-up and are growing very fast, the ideal candidate will be able to deal with rapid change while being able to navigate a multitude of projects.

Requirements:

• BSc./MSc. in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field;
• Great organisational and time-management skills;
• Excellent oral/written communication skills, being able to navigate between different mediums (phone, chat, e-mail, etc.);
• EU Working permit;
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
• Asset: Experience with bookkeeping software;
• Asset: Fluency in French and/or German;
• You are available as per mid July;
