  • Transaction execution of Euro and Sterling bonds and Private Placement deals: support due diligence, documentation, investor presentation, negotiation etc. and liaise with relevant counterparts at the client/advisers (accounting, legal, etc.), completion of compliance procedures during transactions, filing of legal documentation, etc.
  • Provide continuously updated desk materials to assist in client advice and execution – key event calendars, etc.
  • Assist in production of internal marketing materials, tombstones, writing papers for internal business plans and development, etc.

Eva Pots, Analyst: “What I like most about this job is its fast paced and dynamic character, meaning no day is the same and you never know what the day will bring. By means of short communication lines, we help each other out with a smile in order to strive for excellence”

As a team, we thrive in a high-pressure, deal-driven environment, balancing tight deadlines while maintaining a meticulous way of working. The team embraces very open, upfront and honest communication and we love to win deals, but we also love to celebrate them.
