Senior Specialist Visual Merchandizing UKR

VM guidance creation:

all campaigns, promo activations instructions for all concepts;

season planning and instructions creation;

VM Focus instructions to improve presentation

s in stores, considering feedback from photo reports checks, analysis of commercial indicators, store visits and feedback from retail;

global team instructions analysis, adaptation to Ukrainian market;

zoning planning for current and new stores;

adaptation and updating of manuals for retail;

presentation to retail team;

creation and publication of the retail instructions according to the marketing calendar on the portal.

Product analysis:

product analysis for campaigns and promo activations;

communication with Merchandising team for distribution, sorting, availability of the key product, depending on the grade and commercial necessity;

communication with EMC Team concerning product availability and consumer journey on each campaign, Ukraine slides preparation.

• Leading and finalization of the approaches to campaign launches, promo activations and seasonal moments, visuals selection together with Retail Marketing team.
• Store visits and communication with retail.
• Creation and leading of VM trainings for retail team.
• New stores openings:

leading of the store opening process and instructions, P&P creation;

participation in store openings;

photo-reports creation.

Reporting:

best practice collection process for retail and EMC;

checking photo-reports of retail campaigns and activations launches and preparation of the reports on the implementation for EMC;

presentation of Ukraine market on EMC meetings.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and /or Marketing
• Over 3-4 years of retail, sales and /or marketing experience
• Intermediate English
• Fluent Ukrainian
