The Role: Accounts Payable Specialist
  Your mission at Irdeto:

• Process reimbursements and drive compliance with expense management policies
• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in the accounting system (GL account coding, cost center, product code, supplier info, etc)
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers by submitting payments;
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and address inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
• Monitor accounts payable aging report to ensure timely payments and resolution of outstanding balances
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations
• Reconcile bank accounts and Accounts Payable transactions;
• Assist with month-end closing activities including manual journal entries and reconciliations;
• Optimize payment and employee expense processes; and
• Adhoc tasks and projects

How you can add value to the team:

• University degree in accounting or finance preferred;
• 2 - 5 years experience in accounts payable function;
• Strong display of accounting principle understanding;
• Problem solving skills with hands on mentality;
• Capable of working independently and in a team;
• Detailed and deadline oriented, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Able to read/write/speak English with full professional proficiency;
• Ability to engage with and advise internal and external stakeholders across different levels of the organisation;
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems e.g. Oracle;
• Experience with Rydoo is a plus;
