Royal IHC is looking for a Global Mobility Intern for our Headquarters in Kinderdijk. As an intern in the Global Mobility department, you will be involved in various aspects of our mobility process. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and international working environment. Global Mobility is part of the Tax department.

Your tasks may include:

  • Advisory regarding the international assignments, such as personal income tax, social security, posted workers and work permits.
  • Examining the Posted Workers Directive.
  • Examining the current Royal IHC Global Mobility policy.
  • Supporting projects in the field of immigration from abroad to the Netherlands.

Your Profile:

In order to be able to discuss and inform the organization and colleagues of the developments and initiatives of this internship, one must be a curious, confident and self-driven individual. As a third or fourth-year student, you will be capable of taking the initiative when carrying out your duties. To be eligible for this position:

  • You are studying: International Business, Human Resources and Global Mobility, Tax Law, Law or Fiscal Economics.
  • You are proactive, motivated and eager to learn.
  • Good understanding of the English and Dutch language.
  • The ability to work independently and be self-critical.
