Location: #LI-HybridAbout this role:The Senior Business Analyst will support the Business Partners for Innovative Medicines/ Customer Engagement drives and ensures that DDIT global, region and country (where applicable) demand is captured from business and collaborates with other functions to ensure quality services are delivered to stakeholders as per agreed service descriptions.Your Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:Drive forward thinking and innovation within business w.r.to tech driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversation with consulting mindset together with other DDIT functionsPartner with business to drive business transformation programs enabled by technology, co-own transformation outcomesMeasure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by programs, projects, productsDevelop knowledge above silos across business functions and ensure business accountabilities are executedImprove the ‘ease of engagement’ with DDIT for the businessPartner with countries or sites (where applicable) in respect to country/site roadmaps balancing global and local investments and business needsResponsibly define, plan and execute commercial initiatives following the Novartis principles of going big on data & digitalObtain understanding of business and IT processes across commercial platformsCollaborate with Service Operation team to manage the situations when critical issues happenAct as IT professional to drive initiatives and move things forward with global teamWhat you’ll bring to the role:Background / experience on big data technologies and related capabilities for data Analytics, AI/ML, exploratory, Data Science etc. (like but not limited to: Python, Jupyter Notebooks, SageMaker, SnowFlake, Databirks)Experience in Veeva, Salesforce, Informatica, SAP, Workday, Master Data Management, Website technology, Google Analytics is a plusExperience in data engineering for (advanced) analytics & generating business insights is a plus2+ years’ experience in multiple assignments in IT, preferably relating to Marketing & Sales, in large, multi-national companies.Experience to work in complex organizational environments (e.g. matrix organizations).
