Do you want to find out what it’s like to work as a strategy consultant and if it’s something that might suit you? Do you want to understand more about our diversity and inclusion ambitions and more specifically our Pride@BCG initiative? Or do you just want to get a general sense of the atmosphere at BCG?

Apply now for our Pride@BCG event!

BCG is convinced of the added value of diversity, and we are strongly committed to making sure everyone feels fully accepted and appreciated in their work environment. Therefore, we organize this event on May 13th to talk about our diversity strategy, focusing on our efforts to attract, grow, and engage our LGBTQIA+ employees.

During this evening, you will have the opportunity to meet different people from BCG, live at the Amsterdam office. They will share their experiences and you will get every opportunity to ask your questions about diversity, Pride@BCG and BCG in general. Next to that, more information will be given about our PROUD business course.

Applications are open until June 10! University students (undergraduate, master’s, or PhD programs) from all fields of study and experienced professionals (with industry or consulting experience) are encouraged to apply. There is no need to submit your CV or motivation; everyone is welcome.

For any inquiries, feel free to reach out to Marieke Verstappen

We are looking forward to meeting you!

Since its inception in 1963, BCG has been at the forefront of business management. Many of our ideas and concepts—such as time-based competition, the growth/share matrix, capabilities-based competition, and the experience curve—have had such a fundamental impact on the success of corporations that they have become central to the business lexicon. BCG continues to lead the way on issues at the vanguard of management thinking and practice.
