We're in search of a Venture Builder Intern, a role that's more than just an internship; it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of our latest pioneering project. Your mission will be to oversee the SFM, optimising its operations, expanding its reach, and enhancing its value to both startup studios and investors.

Your revolutionary role:

👷‍♀️ As the Venture Builder Intern, you're not just working on a project; you're leading it. Over the next (at least) 6 months, your hands will sculpt the future of SFM, making it the definitive platform for fundraising information in the venture-building ecosystem. From content management to community engagement and partnership development, your role is crucial in propelling our studio and its ventures forward.

💥 Your impact

• Content and data management: Ensure the SFM is brimming with the latest and most accurate fundraising information, maintaining its relevance and reliability.
• Community engagement: Act as the voice of SFM on our LinkedIn page and beyond, engaging with our community and establishing the platform as a cornerstone of startup studio fundraising.
• Partnership development: Strengthen our bonds with current partners and weave new ones, broadening the SFM's network and impact.
• Platform improvement: Utilise user feedback and your insights to enhance the SFM's user experience, from website navigation to the efficiency of our Notion forms.
• Reporting and analysis: Keep a keen eye on platform analytics, translating data into actionable insights and regularly updating our team on SFM's growth and opportunities for improvement.
• Promotion and outreach: Elevate SFM's presence in the ecosystem through strategic content, PR, and collaborations, aiming for a significant increase in platform engagement and registrations.
• Business model innovation: Take the helm in conceptualising and crafting a sustainable business model for the SFM.

• Develop a comprehensive business plan for SFM, detailing everything from market analysis to financial projections, setting a clear path forward.
• Implement scalable communication flows, reducing manual efforts and enhancing the overall user experience.
• Achieve notable growth in the platform's user base and engagement metrics, marking a successful increase in its visibility and value.
• Foster strengthened partnerships and collaborative initiatives that support the SFM mission.
• Conclude your internship with a detailed report of your accomplishments, challenges, and recommendations for SFM's next phases.

📚 Requirements

• Passion for startups, venture building, and the investment ecosystem.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with a knack for identifying improvements and opportunities.
• Ability to work autonomously, leading a project with the support of a dedicated team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in startups, venture building, or related fields is a plus.
• Able to work in our Rotterdam office (valid work permit in the Netherlands required).
