Your Job

Nederland telt talloze MKB ondernemingen met maximaal 50 medewerkers. Jij hebt als Accountmanager Small Business het vizier op scherp staan voor deze groep. Naast het managen van bestaande VodafoneZiggo klanten, ligt de focus vooral op het uitbreiden van je klantenbestand met nieuwe prospects. Dankzij jouw sterke commerciële drive overtuig je prospects en zorg je dat er een handtekening onder het contract komt te staan. Je bent als Accountmanager Small Business veel op onderweg waardoor een goede time management belangrijk is. Eigenlijk kun je stellen dat jouw auto als kantoor dient. Je krijgt in deze functie alle vrijheid van je Sales manager om zelf je agenda in te delen, je commerciële aanpak te bepalen en de samenwerking op te zoeken met andere afdelingen. Samen zorgen we dat het je aan niets ontbreekt: je krijgt een leaseauto, laptop, telefoon en interessante bonussen voor als je weer eens uitblinkt.

What you bring to the job

• je volgt leads op vanuit de business en managet je ‘to do-lijst’
• proactieve klantbenadering is jouw stijl; je belt of gaat langs om het gesprek aan te gaan
• inventariseren van klantwensen bij potentiële of bestaande klanten
• je legt alle informatie vast in Salesforce en levert grondige rapportages
• inspelen op marktontwikkelingen en trends; je houdt bij wat ‘in’ is en waar de vraag het grootst is

Ook heb je voor deze vacature Accountmanager Small Business bij VodafoneZiggo:

• HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aantoonbaar door een opleiding in een commerciële richting
• minimaal 3 jaar commerciële verkoopervaring in de buitendienst.
• je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
• het is een pre als je de ontwikkelingen op de IT- en telecommarkt kent.
