As a Medical Project Assistant under our Medical Team, you will be responsible for managing Early Access Program of New drugs and providing support to the Medical & Regulatory Department

Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

Manage Early Access Programs:

  • Handle and check program application forms with healthcare providers (face to face visits required)

  • Prepare essential documents for fulfilling internal and external requirements

  • Communicate with clinics and hospital pharmacies, and also the distributor for order taking and logistics arrangements

  • Track cases and maintain database

  • Provide support to the Medical & Regulatory Department:

    • Project management and system application submission (e.g., Veeva)

    • Provide administrative, operation and full logistics support to Medical Department

    • Manage regulatory records and maintain project documentation library

  • Ensure compliance to company Codes of Conduct, company SOPs and local regulations

Essential for the role

  • University graduate in science or related discipline

  • Sound computer skills on Microsoft Office

  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Good communication and organization skills

  • Competent in Adverse Drug Reaction reporting in compliance with local regulations

  • Possess a high ethical standard

Desirable for the role

  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience in project management

  • Knowledge of the HKAPI Code of Practices
