As a Global Associate Brand Manager, Microbiome you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global marketing team in the development and execution of brand and innovation strategies. Unleashing the power of brand and innovation strategy, delving into consumer profiles, deciphering needs, and navigating the ever-evolving retail environment - this role is not just about marketing; it's about crafting narratives that resonate, strategies that captivate, and experiences that endure.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations for brand strategies development and deployment. Stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive, data driven brand & innovation strategies to drive brand growth and market share
  • Liaise with the regional teams to ensure launch excellence of the initiatives
  • Support the development of new products from the idea to launch
  • Develop and deploy innovation launch materials
  • Be an everyday guarding of the project timelines

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Economy, Communications, Business administration or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand and product management preferably in OTC, consumer care, healthcare
  • Analytical mindset, in-depth understanding of consumer behavior, and a sharp eye for market trends and competitive dynamics
  • Keen strategic mindset paired with decisive problem-solving as well as brand P&L experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Curiosity and interest in health and well-being industry
