What you’ll do

As a senior Product Manager we would like you to join our Virtual Power Plant (Myriad) Product Family, to lead our behind-the-meter optimization team. This role is pivotal in helping business customers optimize their location energy usage, manage connected devices, and significantly reduce their carbon footprint.

Is this about you?

• Relevant experience in product management, preferably in the energy sector or related fields.
• Experience with building and overseeing development for high performant, highly scalable platform products
• Bonus: Proven track record of managing high-volume applications, proven experience in behind the meter optimisation and/or EV Charging.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

You’ll be responsible for

• Develop the vision and product strategy for the behind the meter platform.
• Serve as a bridge between the development teams, including backend and data optimization, and the mobile app team.
• Lead the development of innovative, data-driven products that align with our mission to advance the energy transition.
• Implement an OKR-driven approach, emphasizing outcomes over output to achieve strategic goals.
• Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Our platform addresses these challenges by optimizing on-site energy management for large businesses, focusing on the electrification of fleets, the integration of solar energy, and the effective use of battery storage.
