Manager Corporate Social Responsibility

At vidaXL, we are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Manager Corporate Social Responsibility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing and managing initiatives to ensure compliance with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) regulations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various departments, understanding the regulatory landscape, and ensuring that our practices align with the required standards such as CSRD, CSDDD, and SLLP.

You will:

• Create and execute a comprehensive pragmatic plan to meet ESG regulatory obligations efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on ESG metrics, demonstrating our commitment to transparency and accountability.
• Stay updated with the latest ESG regulations and standards, ensuring that our practices are in line with the evolving landscape.
• Manage projects effectively within set timelines, ensuring a seamless integration of ESG initiatives across the organization.

We ask:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in CSR, sustainability, or a related role.
• Understanding of ESG regulations and their implications for large, non-public companies.
• Strong project management skills to drive successful implementation.
