Introduction on the role:

This is a fixed-term (Crocs) Contract until 31 December 2024.

Responsible for Credit and Collection activities for EMEALA market

What will you do?

• Customer Invoice processing
• Statement and reminder processing
• Credit collections activities
• Process credit requests, refunds and returns
• Resolving finance related customer Inquiries promptly and accurately
• Request required information from different internal departments
• Reconcile and offset received payments
• Determine and Monitor customer credit limit
• Release/Block/cancel orders via system (SAP)
• Understand procedures and interact with other departments

Who are you?

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Financial bachelor’s degree
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and in writing
• Good understanding of the Order to Cash process in a retail environment
• Understanding of SAP ERP system
• Some knowledge of credit assessment process
• Strong communication skills
• Accuracy and attentiveness to detail
• Commercial and operational attitude
• Self-motivation, strong and flexible personality
• Ability to work closely with others in a team atmosphere
• Ability to adapt to changes related to a fast-growing Global company
