You enthuse and activate professionals individually or in teams, and investigate what is needed to develop them further. By stimulating the use of new working methods and tools in scrum teams, you ensure that transformations are successful.

With your contemporary vision of working in teams, in constantly changing circumstances, you ensure that we deliver maximum value for and make impact with the customer. You easily switch between the different layers within the organization and passionately propagate the Agile philosophy. Do you and your team members come up against something? Where you're going to get started

The Organization & Team Transformation practice helps clients transform to "winning" and sustainable organizational culture and structure. We ensure that teams pursue, develop and propagate high performance to make an impactful contribution within continuously learning and improving organizations. We are engaged in the further development and propagation of Ordina's transformation, Agile, DevOps and Lean related Business Solutions such as our High Performance Teams proposition. Furthermore, we work on a well-stocked toolbox so that our colleagues and our customers are well-equipped.

The team consists of Transformation Leads, Agile Coaches, Agile Project Managers and Scrum Masters.

This is you

Thanks to your experience with the scrum master discipline, you have the ability to guide professionals and teams to a higher level. You know how to hold your own in different company cultures and always have your sights set on the continuous improvement of teams and organizations. You inspire others to foster collaboration and in doing so, you achieve the optimal results. Furthermore, you are an entrepreneurial consultant and help our clients recognize and seize opportunities. In doing so, you make real impact with clients.

In addition:

• You have completed a college or university degree ;
• You can communicate fluently in Dutch;
• You have at least 1 year of working experience as a Scrum Master ;
• You have affinity with designing sessions and facilitating teams, also with new working forms and tools such as liberating structures, sociocracy or management 3.0 ;
• You are entrepreneurial and use your consulting skills to identify opportunities for the customer and thereby also generate opportunities for Ordina colleagues ;
• You are successful from your sense of responsibility and a pragmatic approach ;
• You find it natural to keep up to date with the latest developments in Agile and Scrum working ;
• You have experience with complex environments and can make your teams successful within them ;
• You are Scrum Master certified or will be soon.
