Your Impact

As our Business Architect, you enjoy the challenge of helping leading Ordina customers realize business goals. You know how to connect business requirements with Pega capabilities. Bringing the customer's stakeholders together with our Pega System Architects to realize functionality in an Agile manner and Design Thinking, starting with a Minimum Lovable Product (MLP). This MLP gives the customer insight into the new system and business value delivered right at the start of a project. Together with involved colleagues you know how to set up the right business architecture in which you can divide the customer journey into Microjourneys. Using Design Thinking you know how to define the personas involved and their interaction with the system and map the right channels, interfaces and data. You are instrumental in translating and connecting customer needs and the team you are part of. You bring a healthy dose of curiosity, creativity, guts and humor. You are quickly at home in complex environments and want to continue to develop professionally and personally as a Pega professional. You know how to inspire others and enjoy contributing to the expansion of our practice.

Where you're going to get started

As a Business Process practice and part of the national full service area Business Process Automation, we help customers translate business goals into blueprints and successful implementation of practical applications in an Agile working environment. We do this with knowledge areas Consulting, Discovery, Design, Implementation, Integration and Management. We streamline primary business processes with intelligent rule-based automation such as the Pega platform at the heart of our clients so that they are ready for continuous change. Ordina has a strong track record as a Pega partner and has the ambition to be the best Dutch Pega partner for our customers.

This is you

• A WO/HBO diploma in IT with strongly developed business acumen.
• You can communicate fluently in Dutch.
• At least two years of experience as a Business Architect or similar role and you are ready for the next step in your career.
• You are Pega Certified Business Architect certified or will obtain this soon.
• Knows how to oversee complex (primary) business processes & the IT landscape.
• Hands-on experience with mapping business processes and information flows and capturing them in designs, cases and user stories.
• You know how to translate the impact of (external) developments and think along in improving or inventing new business processes in the context of Pega functionality.
• Together with domain experts you are able to determine the business needs and customer journey and together with the customer and system architects create a Minimum Lovable Product.
• You have a passion for the Pega platform and want to keep your knowledge continuously up to date; you closely follow new developments around AI and Process Mining.
• Methods such as Design Thinking, Value Stream Mapping, Lean and Agile thinking interest you and you like to apply them.
