Reach your full potential as a Junior Business Process Analyst

As a Junior Business Process Analyst, you are part of a young and driven team alongside experienced business analysts. You are paired with a senior member of our team with the goal of rapidly developing you into an independent Business Process Analyst (BPA). As a team, we prioritize continuously expanding our knowledge and discovering new technologies. This also includes achieving certifications. You will earn 2 certificates each year based on your personalized needs. This could include a Scrum Master certificate.

On a daily basis, you are involved in managing the updating of ERP system and translating business needs into Requests For Change (RFC). To bring the RFC to life, you work closely with the developer from our software vendor and test the outcome after a sprint's delivery. You enjoy collaborating with others and aren't hesitant to contribute your own ideas! As a Business Process Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in automating all our business processes. From order flows for our E-commerce business, to expediting the procurement and sales processes of our wholesale departments, automating financial processes, up to enhancing logistical processes. During the selection process, we match you with the team that aligns best with your interests. It's also possible to transition to another BPA team later, ensuring you learn continuously and stay challenged. Our BPA teams operate from various locations across the Netherlands. Depending on your place of residence, your work location will be in Amsterdam, Delfzijl or Dordrecht.

Your analytical skills enable you to map out complex problems like no other. You effortlessly distinguish between key points and details, and quickly identify logical connections. Crafting solutions is right up your alley. Even though the information you communicate is often complex, you always manage to provide a clear translation to your target audience.

You

• Hold a completed IT degree at a minimum HBO level
• Have experience in analysing and designing business processes
• Experience with ERP software implementations is a plus
• Have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language
