Project DMO Champion

MCO Health BV is a leading player in the field of nutritional supplements and is active in the Netherlands with advisory brands such as Orthica, Solgar, Pure and AOV. The company is part of Nestlé Nutrition & Health and aims to help people become as healthy as possible. The team consists of 120 employees based in Almere, all of whom share an affinity with good nutrition and/or a healthy lifestyle.

We are looking for a Project / Factory DMO Champion.

As Project / Factory DMO Champion you have the following responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation and successful adoption of DMO/MES solutions, paperless applications and other factory digitalization initiatives;
• Coordinate digitalization projects with Production, Engineering, Automation, IT, external partners and regional experts to ensure timely delivery and alignment with factory priorities;
• Collect, challenge and translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions that support operational excellence across manufacturing processes;
• Support and coordinate testing, deployment, stabilization and continuous improvement activities for digital manufacturing solutions;
• Build and develop the local Super User network by providing training, guidance and capability development to ensure sustainable use of digital tools;
• Act as the factory focal point for DMO-related topics, ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards, IS/IT requirements and cybersecurity guidelines.

As Project / Factory DMO Champion, you report to the SAP Project Manager and are part of the Nestlé Health Science Factory organization.

What are we looking for in our Project / Factory DMO Champion?

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, IT, Manufacturing, Quality Management or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MES/DMO, digital manufacturing, factory systems, automation or IT/business project delivery;
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality, logistics and end-to-end factory execution processes;
• Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, implementation, testing, go-live and change management activities;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels;
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
