About this Position
As an intern in Process Excellence, you will support AI, analytics, and process improvement initiatives within Supply Chain, working with global and regional teams to develop impactful digital solutions.
What you’ll do
- 🤖 Build AI solutions by designing and developing Supply Chain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Gather requirements from global and regional business teams and translate them into impactful AI solutions.
- Build and improve RAG-based and task-oriented AI assistants that help automate work and accelerate decision-making.
- 🚀 Explore emerging technologies by investigating how Agentic AI can be developed using Databricks.
- Evaluate opportunities to connect Databricks capabilities with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
- Experiment with new technologies and turn ideas into proof-of-concepts.
- 📊 Drive data-driven insights by supporting the development of Celonis dashboards and process intelligence solutions.
- Help transform business questions into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work with global teams to identify improvement opportunities through analytics and process mining.
- 🔄 Map and improve processes by creating process maps and documentation for key business processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- 🌍 Build a global community by helping grow a global network of Celonis users and process mining enthusiasts.
- Create engaging training materials, knowledge-sharing content, and adoption campaigns.
- Organize community sessions to drive learning, collaboration, and innovation.
What makes you a good fit
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Passion for AI, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, AI tools, or process mining is a plus, but not required.
