About this Position
What you’ll do
- Support the team with process compilation and documentation with the aim of synchronizing the systems across the different business functions.
- Review portfolio information in master data systems for efficient processing and reporting.
- Perform strategic segmentation of global portfolio to enable effective strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a strategic roadmap and technical approach for data consolidation, digitalization, and project tracking.
- Create and deliver presentations and workshops in partnership with team leads across various subject areas.
- Support the Sustainability Agenda by ensuring quality of input and monitoring progress status.
- Provide operational and content support to the training platform (Academy), contributing to onboarding and capability development for new colleagues within Henkel’s HCB team.
What makes you a good fit
- Recent graduate or currently a Master’s or Bachelor’s student at a Dutch university.
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken.
- Prior experience in procurement or contract manufacturing is a bonus.
- Proficient in digitalization processes with strong skills in Excel and analysis of big data sets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Available for a full-time or part-time internship starting October 1st or October 15th, 2026.
