Are you an ambitious female who can’t wait to have the world at her feet? Do you want to get a taste of Strategy consulting, discover your personal strengths, and connect with a group of inspiring women at Strategy&? This is your chance! On September 24th, Strategy& is again hosting its female event: Strategy& Her ‘Own Your Impact’.

What does the day look like?

We have designed a dynamic, interactive and – most importantly – fun program, focused on female empowerment, personal growth and experiential learning.

We kick off the day at a beautiful location in Amsterdam, where we will welcome you with a brunch while we give you an introduction to Strategy&. Throughout the day, you’ll gain insight into the world of Strategy consulting, participate in activities and experience what it is like being a part of Strategy&. All while acquiring valuable skills to propel your career forward. Additionally, leaders from Strategy& will share their experiences and engage in open discussions. We conclude this empowering day with an informal dinner with Strategy& colleagues.

The day will run from approximately 11:30 until 22:00. Exact times will be announced soon.

Strategy& Her

By participating in this event, you will get the chance to be invited to join our exclusive Strategy& Her community. As a member, you will benefit from tailored training sessions and multiple informal networking dinners with Strategy& throughout the year.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for ambitious female students who are eager to learn more about Strategy&, and who have recently graduated or are in the final stages of their studies. We select based on academic performance and participation in extracurricular activities. All academic backgrounds are welcome. Fluent in Dutch is required.
