The Experience McKinsey Tech & AI - Business Course is a three-day event that will give you a sneak peek into McKinsey Tech & AI, our people, and the way we solve complex problems. Guided by a team of consultants, you will gain insight into how you can reach your full potential and deepen your problem-solving skills while enjoying fun activities and great company in Brussels.

All costs for the event, including travel and accommodation, will be fully covered by us.

What to expect

Between October 14-16, 2026 we will give you an insider’s look into strategy consulting and McKinsey Tech & AI. You will work on a business case in small teams together with other students, coached by our consultants from our Brussels and Amsterdam offices. Next to the professional program, there will be plenty of opportunities for networking and fun activities as well.

Who can apply?

We welcome applications from candidates who are currently in the final stages of their studies (Bachelor 3 and Master 1, 2) and who have an affinity with or a background in technology.

Please note that candidates interested in applying for the Amsterdam office must be fluent in Dutch, and candidates interested in applying for the Brussels office must be fluent in either French or Dutch.
