As Product Manager, you play an important role in bringing new products to life at Rituals. In this role, you manage product development projects from concept to launch and help ensure products are delivered on time, with the right quality and attention to detail.

You are part of the Innovation Department, where creativity, collaboration, and structure come together. You work closely with different internal and external stakeholders and help translate ideas into well-executed products that fit the Rituals brand.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys project management, likes working in a dynamic environment, and gets energy from turning concepts into tangible results. You know how to keep an overview, follow up on details, and move projects forward in a practical way.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage product development projects within your assigned product group from concept to launch.
  • Coordinate the full development process and monitor timelines, deliverables, and follow-up.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across departments, such as Marketing, Design, Sourcing, Quality, and Regulatory.
  • Support the development of packaging, artwork, and product-related details where relevant.
  • Keep track of project progress, identify risks, and follow up on actions in a timely way.
  • Contribute to the execution of the product plan and support product updates and innovations within the assigned area.
  • Help ensure products are developed in line with brand standards, quality requirements, and timing expectations.

You are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing different projects at the same time. You bring structure to your work, have a sharp eye for detail, and know how to keep people aligned throughout the development process.

You enjoy working independently, but you also know when to connect with others to move things forward. You are practical, dependable, and motivated by seeing ideas turn into well-executed products.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a relevant field
  • Bring around 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or project management
  • Have experience working with multiple stakeholders in an international or fast-paced environment
  • Bring strong organisational and planning skills
  • Have an eye for detail and a strong focus on quality
  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
  • Work independently and take ownership of your projects in a structured and proactive way
