Ready to launch your Salesforce career in the Netherlands?
Lepaya is looking for an ambitious and recently certified Salesforce enthusiast to join the team for a 6-month paid traineeship. This is a dedicated learning path designed to turn a fresh certification into real-world expertise.
You will be mentored end-to-end by Lepaya’s Salesforce expert, starting with the fundamentals and growing into a confident Salesforce professional. The goal is to support your success and, upon successful completion of the traineeship, transition into a permanent role.
What You'll Learn and Do
This role is built around your development. You will:
- Master Salesforce support by becoming the go-to person for internal teams and managing support requests such as user access, report fixes, and data updates from start to finish.
- Start with small, supervised configuration tasks such as creating fields, page layouts, and simple flows, while learning the professional deployment process in a sandbox with expert feedback before going live.
- Maintain a clean and efficient Salesforce environment through data hygiene checks and clean-up tasks.
- Help keep user guides and the knowledge base current so colleagues can make the most of the Salesforce setup.
- Progressively take on more complex projects, expanding your skills with constant support and mentorship as you grow into a confident Salesforce professional.
Who You Are
- You have your Salesforce Administrator certification and are ready to put it into practice, whether recently certified or making a career shift.
- You are passionate about Salesforce administration, business operations, and the L&D industry.
- You are excited to engage with colleagues across the business to understand their needs.
- You are professional across phone, email, and Slack, and capable of translating technical Salesforce concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- You are comfortable triaging support requests, investigating system issues, and proactively following up with users.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt easily to change.
- You are eligible to work in the Netherlands and available for a full-time, 6-month traineeship, with the intention to stay on permanently.
- You are fluent in English; Dutch and/or German is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Comfort with prompting, “vibe coding,” and using AI tools to accelerate delivery, which are used heavily at Lepaya.
- Basic SQL or data literacy and strong spreadsheet skills.
- Exposure to flows and automation beyond the Admin fundamentals.
