Business Controller

Nestlé Nunspeet is a successful operating unit of the Nestlé Group, the world's leading food, beverage, nutrition and wellness company.

Our factory in the Netherlands produces advanced infant formula for both the Nutrition division and the Nestlé Health Science (NHSc) division. Products including NAN, AL110, Alfaré, Althera and Alfamino are exported to countries all over the world.

By joining the finance team in our Nunspeet factory, you will take ownership and play a key role in all activities affecting the affiliate P&L of the Nestlé Nutrition and NHSc business units.

As a Business Controller, you have excellent analytical skills and a passion for finance, and you like working in a dynamic environment with stakeholders in the factory, zone EMENA, NHSc, head office Amstelveen, and different shared service centers. You will be the right hand to the Factory F&C Manager and have responsibility for reporting and forecasting the full affiliate P&L of Nunspeet.

As a Business Controller at Nestlé, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Advise the local leadership of one of the production lines on financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and coordinate the transfer pricing process and provide ad-hoc simulations and scenarios for new or revised materials.
• Coordinate the reporting and forecasting of the full affiliate P&L Nunspeet for Nestlé Nutrition and NHSc business, including organizing and overseeing the timeliness and accuracy of period-end close, and promoting ownership of data at source.
• Establish effective communication and partnering relationships with Nestlé Nutrition, the market decision support team and other departments within the factory.
• Represent and advise the Nunspeet finance department in upcoming financial projects and oversee the impacts on the affiliate P&L.
• Manage and present ad-hoc simulations to provide stakeholders with an overview for decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to Nestlé financial policies, Accounting Standards and Costing Standards.

As a Business Controller, you report to the Factory Controller and are part of the Finance team of Nestlé Nunspeet.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar function.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, curiosity to learn and understand working in a complex environment.
• Flexible and pragmatic approach to challenges.
• Good command of the English language.
