The position

As Project Manager Infra, you lead complex infrastructure projects from preparation through to successful delivery. You create a safe working environment where people can perform at their best and where quality always comes first. You coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project planning and keep control of scope, budget and progress. You build strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders while responding confidently to changing project conditions. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to solve challenging problems and make a visible contribution to essential infrastructure.

  • Lead projects safely, efficiently and in line with contractual agreements
  • Manage planning, budgets, risks and project performance throughout every phase
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Ensure the effective deployment of people, equipment and resources
  • Deliver projects that meet quality standards and exceed client expectations

You work closely with project teams, operational specialists and clients while reporting on project progress and performance throughout the project lifecycle.

About you

You are an experienced project manager who enjoys leading complex projects in a dynamic environment. You combine technical expertise with strong leadership and communicate confidently with people at every level. You stay focused under pressure, make well considered decisions and always keep safety, quality and collaboration at the centre of your work. You bring the following:

  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager within the Dutch civil engineering or water sector
  • Strong leadership skills with multidisciplinary and integrated project teams
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to work internationally in a rotational schedule
