  • Partner with the C&B team to maintain a consistent global benefits and leave infrastructure including parental leaves, pensions/retirement, and statutory entitlements.

Your workplace

You are part of Van Oord’s HR department, and your primary focus is on using your expertise to advise colleagues and management on relevant topics related to global mobility. Your position will be in the head office in Rotterdam. A hybrid working model is in place, allowing work from home for two days per week based on full-time employment.
