Rituals is growing, with a clear ambition that Supply Chain will never be the bottleneck for growth. The main goal of this role is to maximize availability and profitability by optimizing the forecast for the 0–3 month horizon.

Together with the team, you manage daily planning operations for your regions while constantly seeking improvements, exploring new opportunities, and driving projects to elevate our top-tier Supply Chain. We invest in capacity, design scalable processes, and automate wherever possible. Managing complexity with smart, simple solutions keeps us in control while ensuring exceptional customer service, with an exciting roadmap of projects ahead.

We’re expanding into new markets, opening around 200 stores annually around the world, and strengthening our online presence. The S&OE team oversees 1400 stores worldwide and 5 e-commerce warehouses in Europe, handling everything from promotions to commercial events and product launches, focusing on our Retail activities.

Your key responsibilities:

  • KPI management: manage, provide, forecast, and analyze relevant KPIs and metrics such as availability, days of supply, forecast, and inventory value versus store targets on a daily basis.
  • Forecasting management: manage the S&OE forecast for products and stores within the 0–3 month horizon by optimizing settings and considering factors such as actual sales, lead time, and safety stock.
  • Stakeholder management: build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have frequent meetings with Retail Coordinators and managers in the Rituals countries for which you are responsible, addressing important topics to improve the way of working together. Internally, you will work closely with teams such as Supply, Demand & Inventory Planning, S&OP Planning, Logistics, Retail, E-com, Wholesale/Travel/B2B/Master Franchise, Marketing, and Business Technology.
  • Operational excellence: proactively identify, work on, and implement improvement initiatives that contribute to the growth of the Retail and E-com S&OE planning team and the Supply Chain department as a whole.
