Executive Assistant | Innovation & Sourcing

As Executive Assistant to Lot van Rij (Executive Director Innovation) and Bernard Hensenne (Executive Director Sourcing, Quality & Regulatory), you'll be at the heart of innovation, helping connect people, ideas and execution.

Innovation is the heartbeat of Rituals. It's where ideas become products, creativity comes to life, and every new customer experience begins.

This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll become Lot's trusted partner, creating clarity in a fast-moving environment, helping shape priorities, coordinating strategic initiatives and making sure great ideas come to life. You'll be her sounding board, organizer and someone she can rely on to always stay one step ahead.

Alongside this, you'll provide seamless executive support to Bernard, ensuring his calendar, meetings and travel run effortlessly so he can focus on leading his organization.

Together, you'll connect people, ideas and execution. One day you're preparing an Executive Team presentation, the next you're organizing an international leadership event, coordinating a PR interview or helping launch an exciting new initiative. No two days are the same and that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding.

You'll also become part of our Business Support Community, collaborating with colleagues across Rituals to organize leadership events, share best practices and continuously improve the way we work.

In this role, you will

• Be the trusted partner to the Executive Director Innovation, supporting strategic priorities, communications and cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide exceptional executive support to both Executive Directors through seamless calendar, meeting and travel management.
• Prepare presentations, leadership updates and meeting materials that help leaders tell their story.
• Coordinate department events, interviews, photoshoots and PR activities.
• Connect stakeholders, monitor actions and ensure priorities become reality.
• Continuously improve the way we work by embracing smarter processes, AI solutions and new ways of collaborating.

You bring

• 3–10 years of experience supporting leaders in an international organization.
• Outstanding organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and curiosity to embrace AI and new technologies.
• A high level of discretion, ownership and professionalism.
