The beating heart of every organisation - it's all about our people! Join the people challenge, mix it with technology and join in on elevating our human capital!

As Talent & Performance Program Manager, you will help shape how Rituals builds and grows a high-performing organization at scale. You will translate our talent and performance ambitions into practical frameworks, tools, and programs that enhance performance clarity, strengthen talent pipelines, and support people-related decisions across our global office and retail populations.

Reporting to the Head of Talent & Performance, you will connect performance, talent review, succession and leadership readiness into one coherent way of working. Your work will help leaders identify high performance, accelerate talent, plan succession, and make better decisions across markets and functions.

Based in our Keizersgracht Head Office in Amsterdam, you will be part of the Talent & Performance team within Talent, Leadership & Learning. You will partner with HR Business Partners, Heads of HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Tech and Automation to turn insights into solutions that help Rituals raise performance and grow talent from within.

This is a role for someone who can bring structure to complex people topics, influence in a dynamic organization and create solutions that are practical, scalable and easy to apply.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and improve talent, performance and succession practices for our global office and retail populations.
  • Build clear frameworks for performance calibration, talent identification and leadership pipelines in key roles.
  • Equip HR and business leaders with practical tools, training and guidance to apply talent and performance practices consistently.
  • Turn talent and performance data into insights, risks, opportunities and recommendations leaders can act on.
  • Use Workday, AI and automation to improve visibility, simplify processes and enable better performance and talent decisions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to connect succession needs, internal mobility, external pipelines and targeted development.
  • Support governance, calibration and execution of talent, performance and succession cycles across markets and functions.
  • Help make high performance, talent readiness and succession depth more visible, differentiated and actionable.

Bring all of you

We are looking for an experienced talent and performance professional who combines business understanding, analytical thinking and strong program management skills. You know how to design scalable practices that help leaders raise performance, identify talent and build succession depth in a fast-moving international environment.

You enjoy turning complex people challenges into clear frameworks, actionable insights and pragmatic solutions. Whether supporting performance calibration, developing leadership pipelines or translating data into recommendations, you bring structured thinking and a hands-on approach.

We are not looking for a purely corporate profile. We need someone who stays close to the business, understands operational realities and can translate performance and talent practices into solutions that work for managers and teams on the ground.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Bring 5–8 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Organizational Development or a related field.
  • Have designed and implemented performance, talent review, succession or leadership pipeline practices in a complex, international organization.
  • Understand retail, consumer or another operational, people-intensive environment where people decisions directly impact business performance.
  • Translate performance and talent data into clear insights, risks, recommendations and actions.
  • Know how to use Workday or similar HR systems to improve visibility, consistency and decision-making.
  • Are comfortable using AI, automation and analytics tools to simplify processes and scale practices.
  • Build practical frameworks, programs and tools that create consistency without adding unnecessary complexity.
  • Influence and partner effectively with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and business leaders.
  • Facilitate performance calibration, talent review and succession conversations with confidence.
  • Combine structure and attention to detail with a strong understanding of the bigger organizational picture.

We believe in the value of in-person collaboration and teamwork. Therefore, we work predominantly from the office.
