Are you excited to be part of our dynamic team where business meets technology? Driving Rituals' growth through innovative tools within our Tech & Data department.

At Rituals, technology plays an important role in enabling our continued growth and supporting our colleagues around the world. As part of our Tech & Data department, you will help build and improve the digital solutions that make our business more connected, efficient, and future-ready.

About the team

Within Tech & Data, you will join our ServiceNow team, responsible for continuously improving our ServiceNow platform and supporting different business domains with smart, scalable solutions. The team works closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Process Owners, Architects, Developers, and external partners to improve processes and deliver solutions that create real value.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst who enjoys connecting business needs with technology. In this role, you will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions are aligned with business objectives and platform best practices.

You will analyse processes, gather requirements, and help translate business challenges into clear solutions. From improving existing ways of working to supporting new implementations, you will play an important role in creating a smoother and more efficient experience for our colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

As our ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will:

  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.
  • Analyse current processes and design improved future ways of working within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable solutions, making the best use of standard ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Support Agile ways of working by facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution demonstrations.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation, and process optimisation.
  • Support reporting, dashboards, and KPI improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout projects.

Bring all of you

We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. You enjoy working in a changing environment, bringing structure to complex topics, and improving the way teams work.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Bring at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.
  • Have experience translating business needs into clear requirements and solutions.
  • Understand Agile/Scrum ways of working.
  • Have experience facilitating workshops and process design sessions.
  • Communicate clearly and know how to connect different stakeholders.
  • Are analytical, structured, and proactive in identifying improvements.
  • Are currently based in the Netherlands, as this role requires regular presence at our Amsterdam office.

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, ITIL processes, CSDM, or ServiceNow platform governance is a plus. A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is also appreciated.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means creating strong connections between business and technology. You help teams work more efficiently, improve processes through automation and standardisation, and ensure our ServiceNow platform continues to support Rituals’ growth.

You bring clarity to complexity, inspire collaboration, and help deliver digital solutions that make a difference for our colleagues worldwide.

Location and Working Conditions

At Rituals, we believe in the power of connection: with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. That is why we work 80% from the office (typically four days per week) and 20% from home.

Benefits of working at Rituals

  • Unique opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Staff discount on Rituals products
  • Attractive bonus
