As an HR Specialist in our Global Service Center, you will be the go-to support partner for our international HR Operations community. Based at our Head Office in Amsterdam, you will help colleagues across our local HR Operations teams navigate Workday and related HR processes with confidence and clarity.

In this role, you will contribute to smooth, accurate and consistent HR service delivery across all our markets. You will work closely with the Sr. Global Service Center Specialist and report to the Global Service Center Lead as part of our Global HR Operations team of seven people. Your work will have an impact both locally in Amsterdam and globally across our HR Operations network.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving meaningful issues, improving processes and building strong international relationships. With your hands-on mindset and strong sense of service, you will help others work more smoothly and efficiently every day.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze incoming tickets, troubleshoot issues and guide users through Workday-related questions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate ticket handling in ServiceNow to safeguard quality and consistency.
  • Escalate issues when needed and follow up until full resolution is achieved.
  • Identify recurring errors, patterns and improvement opportunities in Workday.
  • Collaborate with our Global Process Automation and Tech & Data teams by providing input on priorities and improvements.
  • Help facilitate Workday training for local HR Specialists in the countries.

Bring all of you

We are looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of HR, systems and service. You bring a thoughtful and hands-on approach, and you care about delivering support with accuracy and consistency. You feel at ease in an international environment and know how to communicate clearly with different stakeholders. At the same time, you are curious by nature and like getting to the bottom of issues to find practical solutions. If you enjoy structure, teamwork and making a real difference in daily operations, you will feel at home in this role.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Have 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR Operations role.
  • Have experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow, or similar systems.
  • Bring a strong service mindset and a customer-focused approach.
  • Enjoy working with HR processes, documentation and quality standards.
  • Communicate clearly and build trust through open and simple communication.

We believe in the value of in-person collaboration and teamwork. Therefore, we work predominantly from the office.
