  • Work in a culture grounded in fairness, honesty, and collective achievement, with training and access to industry resources to support your development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of securitisation transactions for clients across EMEA. Responsibilities include working with senior colleagues to identify business opportunities, execute structured finance transactions, assess risks, review legal documents, model cash flows, conduct due diligence, and maintain client relationships. You will also support deal closings, deliver service to internal and external stakeholders, and stay informed on regulatory developments.

  • Provide support in the origination and execution of securitised products for corporate clients, with particular emphasis on trade receivables transactions for investment grade corporates and sponsor portfolio companies.
  • Assist or assume responsibility for the execution of securitisation transaction renewals, amendments, and waivers within the corporate sector in coordination with portfolio managers.
  • Contribute to the origination and execution of securitised products for financial institution or esoteric clients as required.
  • Participate in the execution of securitisation and receivables financing products for JCIB clients.
  • Analyse structural risk memoranda and reports, review legal documentation, perform cash flow modelling, conduct due diligence, and manage client relationships with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
  • Lead or support deal closing processes by ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise directly with clients to relay information, respond to routine queries, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain current knowledge of regulatory issues relating to securitisation and developments in the broader market.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across departments to support effective collaboration.
  • Support senior originators in advancing the public ABS franchise in EMEA by contributing to both private placement and public ABS transactions.

What you bring

To succeed in this role, you will bring experience executing securitisation transactions within EMEA markets, along with strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable evaluating complex risks, reviewing documentation, conducting due diligence, and collaborating across teams while maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Degree-level education or equivalent work experience, alongside demonstrable experience working on securitisation transactions within EMEA in a structuring or execution capacity.
  • Background in securitisation, structured finance, or working capital finance gained at banks, rating agencies, or advisory firms.
  • Legal, accounting, or credit experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across departments and with external clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including presentation preparation and financial modelling.
  • Fluency in any European language would be an advantage.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
