Join the People Services Division in the Directorate General Human Resources as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
Your team
You will be part of the People Services Division in the Directorate General Human Resources. Our Directorate General has more than 100 professionals providing services to over 4,000 employees. In our Division, we deliver a wide range of services including recruitment, training, payroll, contracts, benefits, working time, leave, well-being, pensions and insurance.
In your role as a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team of about 15 members of staff responsible for managing activities such as candidate outreach and selection. You will work closely with hiring managers across the ECB, internal and external providers (such as headhunters and external assessors), as well as prospective candidates.

The formal title for this position will be HR Solution Expert.
The contract offered will be fixed-term, the appointment being for 12 months as of the exact starting date of the selected person.
Temporary appointments may be extended or made permanent subject to organisational needs and budgetary constraints. This may result in a staff member with a non-convertible fixed-term contract being offered a convertible contract in accordance with the ECB Conditions of Employment.
