What will you do?

• You will be the cooperating foreman of a team of 3 finance colleagues.
• You will be responsible for month-end closing and consolidation, ensuring timely and complete closing and consolidation of all entities, where inventory management, production costs and margin monitoring are key issues.
• You will prepare management reports, analyse developments and report to management.
• You will support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring.

What are you bringing?

• You combine substantive finance expertise with a natural leadership style.
• You have strong knowledge of accounting and control (HBO or above) and are by nature someone who figures out complex financial topics. In addition, you actively share your knowledge with colleagues.
• You have at least 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in accounting and controlling.
• You have an affinity for financial tooling; experience with SAP Business One and Power BI is a plus.
• You speed up the closing process and take reporting to the next level.

As Teamlead Finance, you will lead 3 colleagues and report to the Head of Finance.
