Are you excited to be part of our dynamic team where business meets technology? Driving Rituals' growth through innovative tools within our Tech & Data department.

As Business Analyst Tech & Data - Assortments Lifecycle, you will join the Assortments & Suppliers area and focus specifically on the assortment lifecycle: the process that determines which products are sold in which stores, countries, regions and channels.

This is a highly business-critical domain, as it connects innovation decisions to regulatory requirements, commercial choices, and store-level execution. Today, parts of this process still rely on fragmented system logic, manual work, and different ways of working across business lines. This leads to data quality issues resulting in missed sales opportunities and inefficiencies across the organisation. Time to tackle this head on!

You will bring more structure, ownership, and automation to the end-to-end assortment process, working closely with stakeholders across Innovation, Quality & Regulatory, Retail, Wholesale, B2B partners and Tech & Data to analyse the current setup, define future-proof solutions and support its implementation.

You will join at an exciting stage: the initial analysis phase has been completed, and we are now moving into implementation. This means you will step into a role with end-to-end and hands-on ownership, where your work will directly shape how we improve assortment decisions across Rituals.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyse the end-to-end assortment processes across country, region, channel and store-level assortment decisions, identify pain points, process gaps, unclear ownership and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear process flows, requirements and solution directions, using visual tools such as Miro, Lucid and preferably BPMN.
  • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to define logic, decision-making criteria and future-state ways of working, for example around distribution rules and assortment allocation.
  • Work closely with fellow business analysts, a domain architect, and a program manager within Tech & Data, business experts and external software partners to support the implementation of improved processes, data models and tooling.
  • Lead and support testing activities, including user acceptance testing, validation of data flows and issue management, to ensure solutions work in practice and are adopted successfully.
  • Drive strong collaboration across adjacent programs, especially Store lifecycle and Product-related domains, to reuse existing knowledge and avoid reinventing what is already in place.

We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, collaborative mindset, moving between business context, process design, data and implementation. You know how to challenge assumptions to get to the real issue. You structure your own work, engage stakeholders, and keep the end-to-end picture in mind.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Bring 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or business consultant in a Tech environment, with strong experience in end-to-end process analysis and implementation support.
  • Have experience working in complex, cross-functional programs where you independently engage stakeholders, structure analyses and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Are skilled in documenting current and future-state processes, translating these into requirements and facilitating workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have experience with testing activities such as UAT, issue tracking and validating process and data flows across systems.
  • Bring a pragmatic, structured and proactive mindset, and know how to balance detail orientation with the flexibility needed in a dynamic international business environment.
  • Are willing to come to the office for the largest part of the week (1 day from home).
