Join Uber’s EMEA Mobility Central Operations team as a Senior Regional Operations Manager, leading efforts to monitor and improve dynamic pricing across the marketplace.
About the Team
The EMEA Mobility Central Operations team, in close partnership with Regional teams, shapes the vision, strategy, and execution of Uber’s Mobility operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Operations is at the heart of the business, ensuring seamless experiences for riders and driver partners while driving the growth of Uber’s platform. Central Operations consists of four verticals: Rider Operations, Driver Operations, Marketplace and Business Operations.
The Marketplace team sits at the crux of Uber’s two-sided marketplace, with riders on one side and driver-partners on the other. Through optimal pricing decisions, the efficient and targeted use of rider promotions and driver incentives, and leveraging Uber’s pricing and matching technology, the team ensures that the marketplace continues to operate smoothly and is well set up for long-term growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Regional Operations Manager to lead efforts to monitor and improve dynamic pricing. This role will focus on monitoring, supporting experimentation, and rolling out updates, while working closely with Product teams to drive technical improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate with Finance to track and analyze the financial impact of marketplace pricing technology, ensuring investments adhere with plans.
We’re looking for a highly analytical and proactive problem solver who can build a strong intuition for the ridesharing marketplace. This role requires a deep curiosity for marketplace dynamics, a track record of turning complex challenges into scalable solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with regional and cross-functional teams.
