About this position
The Process Safety Excellence Manager plays a critical global role in strengthening and standardizing process safety performance across all Adhesives sites. In this position, you will act as a key subject matter expert, responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating process safety risks across approximately 150 manufacturing locations worldwide.
What you’ll do
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate process safety risks across all regions and sites.
- Lead process safety audits of approximately 150 Adhesives sites globally, aimed at gap closure by providing subject matter expertise and guidance.
- Govern action closure from all audits and events to drive continuous improvements in process safety.
- Run applicability assessments for events across sites when needed, including accountability for action closure.
- Improve capability building and maturity in process safety across Adhesives by identifying functional training and development needs per site and delivering them.
- Collaborate closely with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Support the ambition of achieving zero process safety incidents.

What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in process engineering or process safety
- Process Engineering and Process Safety Management expertise
- Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills
- Automation and digitalization mindset with entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
- Ability to constructively manage conflicts
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
