Your Role at a Glance

As a Management Intern within the Room Operations team, you will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Creating and implementing new projects across our hotels.
  • Maintaining and observing the quality scores within Room Operations.
  • Communicating between the hotels and head office.
  • Improving procedures and manuals.
  • Organizing meetings for Housekeeping.
  • Supporting audit activities across hotels, helping to review housekeeping operations, identify areas for improvement, and follow up on action plans.
  • Providing operational support by visiting hotels and working closely with on-site teams.
  • Supporting Housekeeping teams on-site during opening phases, helping ensure a smooth operational setup.
  • Assisting with the onboarding and training of new Housekeeping Managers.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You are a hotel management school student looking for an internship (minimum 8 months) starting in August/September 2026.
  • You are analytical, a strong communicator, and fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
